The British Chamber of Commerce organised a webinar focusing on the initial impacts of the New Insurance Law (Law 15.040/25) and future regulations from SUSEP. The topic was presented and discussed by the president of Britcham’s Risk & Insurance Committee, Marcia Cicarelli, and the vice-president of the same committee, Paulo Mantovani, providing a valuable opportunity to clarify doubts regarding this transition to the new legislation. The opening and closing of the event were attended by the president of Britcham Rio de Janeiro, Nicholas Burridge.
