The British Chamber hosted a webinar on the amendments to NR-1 and the inclusion of psychosocial risks in the Risk Management Programme (PGR). The event highlighted the practical implications of these changes for people management and companies’ regulatory compliance. The initiative aimed to support understanding and preparation for the new regulatory landscape, with contributions from Mauro Marques Muller, a labour inspector and coordinator of the Tripartite Working Group reviewing the GRO/PGR of NR-1, and Érika Seddon and Luiz Goedert, partners at Mattos Filho. The opening and closing sessions were led by Anderson Jardim D’Avila, vice-president of the Legal, Tax & Regulatory Committee, and the session was moderated by Daniela Bauab, president of the Human Capital and Education Committee.
