On Friday (14 August), the British Chamber organised an in-person event in São Paulo, attended by Aloisio Melo, National Secretary for Climate Change at the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change, who discussed the role of climate governance and the future direction of Brazilian environmental policy. The event was opened by Germana Cruz, President of Britcham São Paulo, whilst Ricardo Zibas, Copresident of the Environment & Sustainability Committee, acted as moderator.
