The global marketplace provides opportunities that go beyond borders and have the potential to unite people from different countries towards the same goal. This universe that converges cultures brings challenges and opportunities for individuals and institutions. This was the theme of the event Navigating Global Business Culture: Developing Intercultural Competences, organised by the Human Capital & Education Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Brazil (Britcham). The meeting, led by the group's president, Daniela Bauab, was attended by Antoine Faugeres, executive director for Brazil and South America at Global Business Culture (GBC).
