The resolution of tax disputes by alternative means was detailed at an event promoted by the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Brazil (Britcham). The discussion took place within the scope of the Legal, Tax & Regulatory Committee, in partnership with the Brazilian Institute of Tax Arbitration and Transaction (IBATT). Arbitration is the subject of three bills, with complementary ideas to improve the current implementation of the methodology. One of the amendments that IBATT is in favor of is the one concerning the taxpayer's will.
