On Wednesday (21), the Human Capital & Education Committee of the British Chamber received Paul Ferreira, coordinator of the Executive Master’s Degree in Administration (MPA) and deputy director of the Center for Studies in Organizations and People (NEOP) at FGV EAESP, to present his comprehensive study on the engagement index of Brazilian professionals. The event was moderated by Daniela Bauab and Gustavo Jorge, president and vice-president of the Committee, respectively. The survey revealed important data, such as the fact that the North and Northeast regions are the most engaged in the country, in addition to showing that six out of ten Brazilians are disengaged in their work, providing a rich debate among the members of the Committee.
