On Thursday 21 August, Britcham held a webinar on the main impacts of the new Insurance Law 15.040/2024. Organised by the Risks & Insurance Committee, the meeting included a lecture led by the forum's president, Marcia Cicarelli, and an enriching debate with the participation of Denis Nogueira Severino, director of Legal Claims, Large Risks and Massifieds at Allianz Brasil, and Eduardo Figueiredo, head of Corporate Risk and Broking at WTW. Together, they presented details of the main changes planned for December 2025. The meeting was opened and closed by Nicholas Burridge, president of Britcham Rio de Janeiro.
