The British Chamber held a webinar on Corporate Financing: Solutions via the Capital Markets. Organised by the Legal, Tax & Regulatory Committee and the Economy & Finance Committee, the virtual meeting featured a talk by Jose Securato, banker and financial advisor at SP Advisors & SP Capital Partners/Bankers Academy; Leonardo Sperle, Investment Funds lawyer at XP Investimentos; and moderation by Jéssica de Alencar Araripe, Capital Markets lawyer at Machado Meyer Advogados. The event was introduced by Leonardo Martins, president of the Legal, Tax and Regulatory Committee, and closed by Anderson Jardim D'Avila, vice-president of the same forum.
