On Thursday 2 October, Britcham held a lunch-talk in Rio de Janeiro to discuss the future of energy and the role of bp in Brazil, bringing together members and guests from the sector. The presentation was given by Andres Guevara de la Vega, president of bp Brasil. The institutional opening was conducted by Fabio Caldas, president of the Administrative Council of the British Chamber, and the event was moderated by Nicholas Burridge, president of Britcham Rio de Janeiro, and Clarisse Rocha, vice-president of the same branch.
