On Tuesday 19 May, Britcham hosted an in-person event in São Paulo on the theme: “Perspectives on the Credit and Capital Markets”. The meeting, held at the offices of Machado Meyer Advogados, brought together Fábio Fukuda, Head of DCM Corporate at XP Investimentos, and Julio Vezzaro, Director of Corporate & Investment Banking at Banco do Brasil, for a discussion on the current Brazilian financial landscape, exploring the dynamics of corporate credit, the capital markets and the outlook for companies and investors. The event was opened by the president of Britcham São Paulo, Germana Cruz, whilst Alan Lutfi and Jéssica de Alencar Araripe, copresidents of the Economy & Finance Committee, acted as moderators.
